Where the trials do lead I do not treat, for they lead to something dark and sinister bred.
This valley dark and deep with inset eyes upon us as we creep.
Don't look back; don't turn around, they're on our heels without a sound.
The lowly shadows grim and pale, forever peering through their veils.

I think I need closure from a person that won't give me the time of day.
So how do I converse with someone that has thrown me away?
So many years have come and gone without a word.
Now once again the nightmares return.
Not that of a frightening sort, but those of a sincere and broken heart.
A curse of the night every time I close my eyes.
I await her sweet kiss only to have it torn apart once my eyes open to daylight.
And so this cycle of madness keeps turning in my soul.
Forever tormented by once true love.

Self-Improvement

The feelings that can't be explained seem to be slowly washing away.
Replaced by a sense of purpose outside the brainwashed society for which I am apart and never conformed, because of an individualistic ideal.
To feel something wrong and do something to change it is the first steps towards improvement.

Into my dreams I go to fight the demons that haunt me so.
To slay the beasts and claim whats mine, to take back my heart and mind.
Far to long did I let the darkness grow, like a overcasting shadow.
I will fight it with my all of my Soul until it has no place to go.
To destroy it with the blinding white, that burns so bright, that no shadows can hide from its light.
